Due to the perishable nature of our canned cocktails, we cannot accept returns on beverage products; however, we are committed to ensuring you enjoy every sip and will replace any damaged or incorrect orders.
Return Process

Thoroughly check your cocktail shipment upon arrival for any signs of leakage, dented cans, or incorrect items.

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or shipping box.
- 3.Claim Review
Our team will review your photos and order details to approve a replacement or store credit within 2-3 business days.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will ship out your replacement cocktails at no additional cost or issue a digital gift card to your email.
